By accessing and using White Background Pro, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

White Background Pro provides AI-powered image processing services, including background removal, image enhancement, and image editing through a web-based platform.

You may use our service as a guest with limited features, or create an account for full access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Our credit system determines how each processing operation is billed. Please review the following rules before using the service.

• New users receive 50 free credits upon first use
• Background removal costs 10 credits per image
• AI image editing costs 15 credits per image
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Use automated tools to abuse the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a temporary license to process your images using our AI technology. All uploaded images are automatically deleted after 1 day.

Uploaded and processed images are stored for 1 day and then automatically deleted. We cannot recover deleted images. Please download your processed images within this timeframe.

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. AI processing results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet your specific requirements.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
